AugmentumCRM

The client and operations platform I built inside an SFC-licensed manager. Now available to licence.

Four things it does

  1. One record per relationship.

Contacts, entities, professional investor status, KYC state and every interaction in one place. A compliance officer can follow the history without asking anyone.

  2. Onboarding that produces its own evidence.

Risk profiling, professional investor assessment and KYC steps run as workflows. The audit trail is a by-product of doing the work.

  3. Summaries from the notes you already take.

An AI layer reads the meeting notes and drafts a summary, the open concerns, a data-quality tier and the next actions. Someone reads it before it is saved.

  4. Built to be inspected.

Role-based access, an activity log, and exports shaped around the questions a regulator asks.

The details a CTO asks about first.

Foundation
Postgres, object storage and serverless hosting on mainstream cloud providers. Nothing exotic to maintain.
Your data
Held in your own tenancy and exportable at any time.
AI layer
Model-agnostic. Enrichment runs on a schedule you set; a person reviews every batch before it is applied.
Licensing
Annual licence with implementation and support. A handful of firms at a time, so each one gets attention.

Why a CRM from an advisory practice?

Because the generic ones do not know what a professional investor is. I built AugmentumCRM as CTO of an SFC-licensed alternative investment manager, to run its client book from the first day. It runs there now, and the regulator’s questions shaped most of the design.

Ask for a demonstration.

Forty-five minutes on your own screen, with your own questions. Licence terms in writing afterwards.
