Sean Tan started AugmentumLucens in 2023. Before that: electronic trading product work at MarketAxess, FICC support, account management and product work at Bloomberg, credit at JPMorgan Chase and Public Bank, and earlier years at Apple. He is a founding member of AA Capital Limited, an SFC-licensed alternative investment manager in Hong Kong, where he is Head of Technology and Sustainability and Manager-In-Charge for information technology, and built the firm’s systems, AugmentumCRM among them. He holds the CESGA and CEIM designations and treats sustainability as a data problem first. He photographs Hong Kong when the light is right.

Two or three sentences about the firm and the problem is enough. I read every message and reply myself. If it is a fit, the first step is a two-week diagnostic and a written assessment. If it is not, I will say so and suggest who to ask instead.
